Our first steps on the market

Our first step on the market begins back in 2001, when the first international restaurants started to be opened everywhere in Albania. The founder of the company, Mr Ilir Hoxhallari himself, was instrumental in turning his Company towards international culture food expansion from the very start. We owe more than our name, our logo and our first product to our founder. He embodied many of the key attitudes and values that form part and parcel of our corporate culture: pragmatism, flexibility, the willingness to learn, an open mind and respect for other people and cultures.

Continuous innovation and transformation

It is clear that passing the time, the costumers number is expanded. But with this increased index was growing up also the number of problems to be solved; So the number of employees was increased with the need for better organization in the kitchen and room and in the same time the greater was the number of recipes so was the intensity of the preparation. In meantime the ways of serving, packaging and marketing were also improved. The service was improved by the qualification of waiters, the renovation of the uniforms, the manner of behavior, the foreign languages in use, quality control and the continuous sanitary hygiene control.

Further development

Throughout its history, the company has expanded the opportunity and the tendency to integrate the best management technologies to help with its customers' relationships. Thus was the integration of electronic messages and wireless internal communication. It helps to serve our customers quickly and accurately. The company is inclined to better plan its resources, manage customer relations and electronic services; Combining experience with the ability to move forward and improve, we collaborate with clients to help them in any application.

Administrative and fiscal improvement

In 2016 the Piazza restaurant made some changes to improve the management of the company. The Piazza Durres restaurant was separated from Piazza Aeroport by another restoration branch, both from the administrative point of view and from the fiscal point of view, concentrating all its activity in its only center in Durres at the address Rr. Taulant 1.

Total rinnovation

In 2017, the administrator of Restaurant Piazza undertook the total rinnovation of the restaurant. This had to be done with the extension of the surface, changing the divisions, adding the surface of the kitchen, the veranda, the number of baths, the dressing and painting of the vertical surfaces, the improvement of kitchen tools, the installation of new tiles, the new furnishings and modern lighting contemporary. In the outer space, the Piazza restaurant put in its new paved and completely free green parking for its customers.
